Our mission is to provide an excellent, high quality health experience for all our patients. Our team are fully trained and compliant with NHS confidentiality policies and all mandatory training. We regularly run in-house team based training to improve our service to our patient population.

Dr Mark Mikhail qualified as a doctor in 2006 from University of Birmingham and has been a GP since 2012. He has an interest is in cardiology, care of the elderly, ENT, mental health, minor surgery, pediatrics and diabetes
He is involved in leadership and is a clinical lead both in north Southall and more widely. Dr Mark is passionate about providing excellent holistic healthcare

GP Assistant
The GP assistant supports the role of the GP and works as a care navigator who can manage minor & self limiting illness but can also help with administrative GP work. 
The GP assistant is also involved in ensuring that patients are receiving care from the right professional at the right time. 

Nursing Team

Our qualified nurses have applicable skills in cervical screening, immunisations (including travel), contraceptive and sexual health advice, wound care and other aspects of physical care of patients in general practice.

They are also trained to support the management of long-term conditions such as diabetes, Asthma, COPD, cardiovascular disease and other chronic disease management.

Caroline obtained her degree in adult nursing in 2014. She qualified and worked in A&E for 6 years developing new skills in looking after both adults and children. She has completed a wide range of training courses such as trauma, minor surgeries, ECG and anaphylaxis to name a few.

Our practice is a member of the North Southall Primary Care Network and we share additional staff with other practices. These include; clinical pharmacists, social prescribers, paramedic, physiotherapists and mental health nurses.

There is also an enhanced access hub available on Mon-Fri- 6.30pm-8.00pm and Saturdays. This hub provides a combination of telephone appointments and face to face appointments with pharmacists, nurses, health care assistants and GP’s
